Cancellation

At The Lost Apparel (owned and operated by The Lost Project - The lost apparel owned by the lost project), our fulfillment team works quickly to get your gear packed and shipped. Because of this fast turnaround, our cancellation window is extremely tight.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order only within 4 hours of placing it.

  • How to Cancel: You must email us immediately at [support@thelostapparel.com] with your order number and the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION".

  • Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed or handed over to our shipping partners—even if it falls within the 4-hour window—it cannot be cancelled.

  • Late Cancellations: If you miss the cancellation window or your order has already shipped, the sale is final. Please refer to our Refund Policy, which only permits returns for verified manufacturing defects.

  • Cancellations by Us: The Lost Project - The lost apparel owned by the lost project reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or flagged fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be issued a full and immediate refund.
