Our General Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only) We want you to love what you wear, but we maintain a strict quality-control policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect. If you discover a manufacturing defect, you have a 30-day window after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return (Defective Items)
To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect, your item must meet the following criteria:

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately at [support@thelostapparel.com]. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Since we only process returns for manufacturing defects, certain items are strictly non-returnable even in that context. These include:

Exchanges
Due to our strict defects-only policy, we do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to follow the return process for your defective item. Once the return is approved and refunded, you can make a separate, new purchase on our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the rules above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for this EU-specific return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return (whether for a manufacturing defect or under the EU Cooling-Off Period), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
